Our suppliers are critical to our business and we only do business with partners who are committed to acting fairly and with integrity, observing the highest standards of ethics in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and controls. We are committed to paying suppliers on time, to agreed terms and working together to mutually succeed.

Supplier quality
We consider quality supported by a globally harmonized, ISO based Quality Management System (QMS), critical in providing safe, effective, and innovative products and services to our customers. All James Walker employees follow policies and procedures to ensure product quality meets our customers' expectations. We expect our suppliers to demonstrate the same commitment to quality through their QMS program. Any supplier that wants to partner with James Walker needs to go through our James Walker supplier verification process before becoming an approved supplier.

Export controls
Export controls and sanction laws are part of significant and growing importance to all international trade. At James Walker compliance with export controls and sanctions is embedded in the way we do business and we expect the same commitment of all our business partners.
