James Walker thermal covers are custom made using layers of non-hazardous, non-combustible materials to provide exceptional heat control and protection. We use only the very best materials available on the market and constantly look at new methods to improve the performance and longevity of our products.
Compared to permanent / hard lagging, fabric covers offer significant advantages in that they are removable for maintenance purposes whilst also offering superior performance in heat protection and control. Our extensive experience in this area has enabled us to record and store hundreds of patterns and designs which we keep on file ready for use. This offers significant advantages in cost and time savings for our customers. If we don’t have the pattern, we offer a free measure up service on site. Flexible for any application, thermal covers can be made to resolve any high temperature, cryogenic or acoustic challenges.
