In the case of critical or problem applications our engineering teams can go back to first principles and provide full bolting calculations for the equipment or structure concerned, creating a solution that will optimise structural integrity and reliability or provide a leak free joint.

Our calculations and recommendations will cover the bolting option, the design of the flanges, housings or structural elements to be joined and any sealing products involved. If necessary we can use FEA modelling for proofing of design concepts and problem analysis to provide the necessary 'sense-check' and confidence that the correct route is being followed for all parties involved.
