High‑endurance low temperature fugitive emission control packing
PTFE-based fugitive emissions packing
Proprietary lubrication package ensures low friction, even at sub-zero temperatures.
Lionpak 2103 is a low emission packing set consisting of engineered PTFE sintered end rings with braided intermediate rings from tough, cross-plaited, thermally stable PTFE fibre yarn.
• Innovative engineered PTFE low emission packing for low temperature, tested and certified as per ISO 15848 for temperature range -46ºC to +200ºC
• In-built solid lubricant with exceptionally low coefficient of friction and high load bearing capacity significantly reduces packing friction even after a high number of cycles
• Long life valve sealing with minimum maintenance
• Clean and highly conformable for ease of fitting
The purity of Lionpak 2103 allows it to be used as a valve packing for potable water applications. It is also suitable for critical applications such as, acids & alkalis of any concentration, solvents, organic/inorganic chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrogen service, food & pharma applications.
