James Walker operates the IMechE Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS) as part of its programme to develop future engineering talent.

The business has received extremely positive feedback for the commitment of the engineers undertaking this programme, their coaches and mentors, with the IMechE specifically mentioning the excellent professional relationship of all involved and for the way in which the programme is administered.
