James Walker designs, manufactures and installs associated steelwork for expansion joints. The expansion joints and metal components can be supplied in various materials and finishes depending on the application and the customer's requirements.

We can supply them as a fully assembled cartridge ready to be inserted into the system or in kit form, which may require welding and assembly in-situ, depending on size and limitations for transport or installation.

Typical assemblies include:

• Inlet and outlet flanges
• Backing / clamping bars
• Flow sleeves - (single or double - bolted or welded)
• Bolts / fixings (various grades and coatings)
• Gaskets
• Expansion joint and bolster
• Splicing kit (where necessary)
