Site surveys and inspections
We can inspect or survey your expansion joints through the utilisation of thermal imaging equipment to expose hot spots and gas leaks which may not be apparent from visual inspection. We regularly identify compromised joints and highlighting these early can prevent premature failure and unplanned outages.

Installation
As part of our turnkey approach, we can assist in every area of a project from concept design and finite element analysis (FEA), through to complete on-site installation and supervision. We have teams of experienced experts who travel globally to assist in expansion joint installations for our clients. All of our teams are trained to the highest standards and comply with all relevant health and safety requirements, with a documented training history and nationally recognised safety passports.

We regularly work on COMAH Tier 1 facilities, metallurgical plants, power stations and cement mills, giving us a wealth of experience of working in challenging conditions that require stringent adherence to local regulations and protocols. Accustomed to working in collaboration with other contractors on site, we excel at providing solutions if issues are identified during the installation.

Chromium 6 hazards
Familiar with the health and safety risks associated with Chromium Hexavalent (Chromium 6), we work closely with our clients to ensure potentially contaminated materials are tested prior to removal. Our installation teams carry testing kits and fully understand the process of neutralising contaminated material and mitigating the risk of exposure.
