Transparency Act
The Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) shall promote companies' respect for human rights and decent working conditions, as well as ensure the public's access to information.
The Act regulates that everyone has the right to ask companies for information on how they ensure that fundamental human rights and decent working conditions are safeguarded internally in the company and with the company's suppliers. James Walker is subject to this law. James Walker Norge AS's own declaration is approved annually by the company's board and published here.
